FeelsNu Mobile Application – Privacy Policy
Operated by CMT Scanner Pty Ltd T/as FeelsNu
Effective Date: 10th September 2025

CMT Scanner Pty Ltd trading as FeelsNu (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information provided by users of the FeelsNu mobile application (“App”).

We collect the following types of information through the FeelsNu App:

We collect this information to:

We may disclose information:

We protect your data through:

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational constraints. Data is primarily stored in Australia, but may be processed internationally under strict contractual and legal safeguards.

You can view this policy online at www.feelsnu.com/privacy-policy

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We act as a data controller for technician data and as a processor for enterprise clients. We only process personal data required to operate the App. Our third-party providers are bound by agreements aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR where applicable. Enterprise clients seeking a signed DPA may contact admin@feelsnu.com

Data Policy
CMT Scanner Pty Ltd T/as FeelsNu is committed to responsible data management and governance. Our Data Policy supplements this Privacy Policy by outlining how all data collected, generated, and stored through the App is managed internally:

This Data Policy is reviewed regularly and forms part of our overall commitment to privacy, security, and responsible data stewardship.

Deleting Your Account
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings in the FeelsNu App, or by emailing admin@feelsnu.com. We verify each request against the account holder, process it within 7 days, and email you once it is complete. Deletion removes your profile, contact details, and sign-in credentials. Records of work managed through the platform — job history, repair evidence, and audit entries — are retained as business records of completed work for the client and service provider involved.

Error Reporting and Push Notifications
The FeelsNu App uses Sentry, a third-party crash- and error-reporting service, to help us diagnose and fix technical problems. Sentry receives your internal account identifier and role, crash reports, and the technical warning and error messages the app records. Those messages are diagnostic in nature and are not designed to carry your name, contact details, or the content of your jobs, photos, or chat messages.

If you enable notifications, your device provides a push notification token, which we store against your account to deliver job and message alerts. The token is created only after you grant notification permission, identifies your app installation rather than you personally, and is delivered through Expo and the Apple and Google push notification services. Notifications can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or run advertising or tracking analytics on the platform.

Contractor Onboarding
Independent contractor technicians must provide additional onboarding information. This includes business name, business registration number, tax registration details, business address, a business insurance document, and a personal identification document. These documents are used only to verify eligibility to perform repair work. They are stored in private cloud storage and are accessible only to authorised administrators through temporary secure links.

Hosting and Disclosure
Job status and scheduling updates are exchanged with QuoteSmart, the CMT system that originates jobs. Our infrastructure, including databases, file storage, and message queues, is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region, and transactional emails such as invitations and verification codes are delivered through our email provider. We do not otherwise disclose personal information unless required by law.

Reporting Content and Conduct
You can report an abusive message, an inappropriate user, or any other concern about chat content by emailing admin@feelsnu.com, or from the report action in the chat screens of the FeelsNu App. A report may include the conversation and any screenshot you choose to send us; we use that material only to assess the report, and we act on it where warranted, including removing access. Reports and the action taken are kept as part of our security and moderation records.

Device Storage and Permissions
The FeelsNu App stores your session tokens in your device’s encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). The App requests camera and photo library permissions solely to capture and upload repair evidence photos. The web dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Internal Privacy Practices
We implement strong internal controls including:

Data Breach Notification
If we suspect a data breach involving your personal information we assess and contain it promptly. Where a breach is likely to result in serious harm, we notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can report a suspected security or privacy incident to us at admin@feelsnu.com.

International Users
If you access the App outside of Australia, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in Australia. Non-Australian users acknowledge that data protections may differ under local laws.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Material updates will be communicated through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
