FeelsNu Mobile Application – Privacy Policy

CMT Scanner Pty Ltd trading as FeelsNu (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information provided by users of the FeelsNu mobile application (“App”).
We collect the following types of information through the FeelsNu App:
- Personal Information: name, email address, contact details, technician ID
- Job and Work Data: job history, timestamps, images, notes, vehicle details
- Device and Usage Information: device type, system logs, error reports
- Location Data: if location services are enabled
We collect this information to:
- Operate and maintain the App
- Assign and track work orders
- Verify and manage technician accounts
- Improve functionality, security, and performance
We may disclose information:
- To authorised FeelsNu team members
- To trusted third-party providers supporting our infrastructure
- To insurers or legal entities if required by law

- Encrypted communications

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational constraints. Data is primarily stored in Australia, but may be processed internationally under strict contractual and legal safeguards.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We act as a data controller for technician data and as a processor for enterprise clients. We only process personal data required to operate the App. Our third-party providers are bound by agreements aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR where applicable. Data Policy
CMT Scanner Pty Ltd T/as FeelsNu is committed to responsible data management and governance. Our Data Policy supplements this Privacy Policy by outlining how all data collected, generated, and stored through the App is managed internally:
- Data Ownership: All operational data including job records, images, technician input, and scheduling information remains the property of CMT Scanner Pty Ltd T/as FeelsNu.
- Data Classification: Information is classified as confidential, internal, or public. Technician and customer-related data is treated as confidential.
- Data Access: Access to data is role-based and restricted to authorised personnel only. Audit logs are maintained.
- Data Retention: Data is retained only for as long as necessary to meet business, legal, and contractual requirements. Old or redundant data is securely deleted or anonymised.
- Acceptable Use: Technicians and staff must use data solely for legitimate business purposes related to job performance and must not extract or share data outside of the system without authorisation.
- Breach Protocols: In the event of a data breach or suspected compromise, our incident response team will investigate and report in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
This Data Policy is reviewed regularly and forms part of our overall commitment to privacy, security, and responsible data stewardship.
Internal Privacy Practices

International Users
If you access the App outside of Australia, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in Australia. Non-Australian users acknowledge that data protections may differ under local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Material updates will be communicated through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
